If your wine or olive oil arrives damaged, let us know, and we will send you replacements. (If you can provide a picture of the damaged goods via Whats App to +393337047154, we can show it to our shipper and not only get a refund on shipping but also improve the shipping process for the future. If you don’t have a picture, no problem. We trust you!)

If any bottle of wine is corked, let us know and we’ll replace it.

Finally, if the wines are not to your liking, feel free to return them for a refund, anytime.
